Making a Purchase
Buying from us is designed to be easy and enjoyable. Just browse our store and add your chosen *items for purchase to the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, click on “Check Out” and you will then be asked for a few details in order to process your order.

*Personalised Items
To personalise most gifts, we require an uploaded image and/or text. Please understand that the finished product will be dependant on the quality of the photograph uploaded. Text (if required) will be suitably laid out to maximise image size.

On any gifts involving photographs, you must own the copyright or have copyright permission. Should any legal issues or claims arise from the content or copyright of any images uploaded they will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

We can work from existing prints which must be scanned and uploaded or emailed. You can also post the print to us with your requirements; digital images can be uploaded or emailed to us. We will contact you if we need order clarification. All images will be cropped where deemed necessary. Background will not normally be removed unless agreed with us prior to order placement.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place once the manufacturing process has begun. A confirmation email that goods have been despatched will be sent to the email address you registered with us at the time of placing the order unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

Pricing
Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website we reserve the right to not fulfil the order at that price. The customer will be notified by email informing them of the correct price, and given the choice on how to proceed with the order.

Payment & Security
All prices for our gifts are inclusive of taxes and payment is due at the point of ordering. Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full. In the unlikely event that your chosen item is not in stock, you will have the option of cancelling if you cannot wait for us to order it in.

Safeguarding your financial information is one of our most important priorities which is why we use our partner PayPal to provide a secure payment gateway to process your payment using SSL encryption of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available). PayPal do not share your card details with us, only the result of the transaction so that we can start processing your order.

Your paypal receipt will be in the name of the business owner Eon Crystal.
NB you do no need a PayPal account to pay, most major credit/debit cards are accepted by PayPal.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive, details of which can be seen at www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm Personalised goods purchased from us will normally fall under clause 13(c). The exception to this is a change of mind about your purchase. If an item has a mistake which was due to an error on our behalf then we will replace or reimburse you. If an item is made and the error was on the order then the item will be deemed to have been made as ordered. We will in all events endeavour to come to a happy conclusion.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on this web site. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
